Mugs.com and its representatives do not monitor user-generated content, both on the website and after purchase. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of their purchases during the ordering process.

   "Realm of Control" refers to any editable element, including but not limited to color, font, position, and quantity.

1. Color Reproduction and Matching

   Monitors vary in how they display colors, and there's no universal standard. Additionally, monitors use a different standard (RGB) than the printing process (CMYK, PMS). Thus, we cannot guarantee exact color matches between screen and print.

1. Materials

   Mugs.com offers products made from various materials. It is the purchaser's responsibility to research and understand these materials before making a selection. Mugs.com guarantees the materials as advertised on the website.

1. Uploaded Images

   Users may upload images to Mugs.com. Mugs.com is not responsible for the quality of uploaded images. Users must ensure that the image quality meets their satisfaction at the chosen print size.

1. Production Time

   While Mugs.com strives for a three-day production turnaround, this is not guaranteed. Various factors, including response time from customers, may affect production schedules.

1. Return and Refund Policy

   Mugs.com guarantees products free from manufacturing defects for 90 days after purchase. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, users must provide photographic evidence. Upon receipt, Mugs.com will issue a replacement or credit for the value of the product.

1. Changes to Your Order

   Users have multiple opportunities to review, revise, and cancel orders before finalizing. Mugs.com is not responsible for reviewing, revising, or canceling orders post-submission. Any changes after production may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
